Blue Coral Landing

Blue Coral Landing is a fairly new (Completed in 2009) Bahamian-style, waterfront home overlooking Great Guana Cay's most popular yacht anchorage on the Sea of Abaco.

Blue Coral Landing is available in three different configurations:

As a one bedroom suite with the sunroom, dining/kitchen and towered king size bedroom with roof deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco.

As a three bedroom and three bathroom cottage. Two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one with bunk beds.

As a four bedroom and four bathroom cottage with sun room, master dining room with kitchen and towered bedroom with roof deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco.

Waterfront view

Extensive waterfront view from the living room, dining room, second-floor master bedroom and front porch give the home a wide-open feel.

Electronics, furnishing and fabric

The living room and kitchen feature partial cathedral ceilings. Furnishings are contemporary and include a music center as well as a Florida TV/VCR/DVD, and fabrics are bright to complement the pastel interior paint scheme. Linens/bath towels are included.

Air condition and ceiling fans

Central air conditioning cools the home in warmer weather. Blue Coral Landing has ceiling fans for cooler weather when the house can be opened to catch the sea breeze.

Groceries and other shopping

Partially secluded on the Fishers Bay waterfront, grocery shopping is no more than a eight minute walk away.

Restaurants and bars

Easy access with walking distance to all of the island's restaurants and bars. A long narrow beach on the sea of Abaco is virtually just beyond Blue Coral Landing's front door, while a three-minute walk across the islands takes you to Guana's broad, 6-mile-long Atlantic beach.

Docking

You can fish or tie up your boat at Blue Coral Landing's shared dock right in front of the house. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 3' at low tide.
